Day 1 Arrive in Beijing

Arrive in the capital of China, Beijing. You are greeted by your guide at the airport and transferred to the hotel. Have free time for the rest of the day.

 

Day 2 Beijing

After breakfast, we will visit the Great Wall, one of the eight ancient wonders of between 6000- 6500km long built over several centuries to keep out the invading northern tribes. After a hike along a portion of the Wall, we visit the Ming Tombs, a secluded valley housing 14 imperial burial mounds.

 

Day 3 Beijing - Shanghai

Day tour starts from Temple of Heaven, where emperors performed annual rituals of sacrifice to ensure prosperity for future generations. And then we will visit the Forbidden City. The Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties governed China over 500 years for this the largest palace in the world. It is the “must see?in Beijing. And then we will take a leisure walk around Tian An Men Square to admire the grandeur of the largest public squares in the world. You will take overnight train to Shanghai.

 

Day 4 Shanghai

Upon arrive in Shanghai at noon, we will check in the hotel. And then we will visit Oriental Pearl TV Tower. One of the tallest TV towers in the world, known for its distinctive spheres, or "pearls", it stands across the river from the Bund, among the exciting architecture of the east bank. There you can see the three major exhibition units reflecting Shanghai's history, modern and recent revolutionary history respectively. The Bund is once the home of the foreign traders and major banks, the embankment has taken on a new vitality; lovely old European-style buildings mix with futuristic developments, chic restaurants, top end shops and bars offer plenty to see and do ?and by night it's magic!

 

Day 5 Shanghai

After breakfast we will visit Yuyuan Garden, which is a famous classical garden located in Anren Jie. The garden was finished in 1577 by a government officer of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) named Pan Yunduan. Yu in Chinese means pleasing and satisfying, and this garden was specially built for Pan's parents as a place for them to enjoy a tranquil and happy time in their old age. And then we will visit Jade Buddha Temple.

In the afternoon, after we visit Shanghai Museum, the rest time is free at your own leisure.

 

Day 6 Departure

Transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
